Supervisor HSE H/F

We are recruiting on behalf of a company based in Guinea, specialized in handling, freight forwarding, transport, and shipping services.

With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Quality Management, Law, or any equivalent qualification, and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Job responsibilities:​

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the development of quality standards and procedures based on current regulations and the specific needs of the company.
  • Implementing quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and ensuring their application at all levels of the organization.
  • Overseeing quality control processes to ensure that products or services meet established standards.
  • Taking corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
  • Communicating regularly with various internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters.
  • Deploying strategies and resources to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency while maintaining or enhancing quality.
  • Monitoring regulatory and normative developments that may impact the quality of the company’s products or services.

  • Compétences en gestion de projet
  • Capacité à analyser des données et à identifier des tendances ou des problèmes potentiels
  • Capacité à structurer les processus, respecter les normes et gérer des plannings serrés
  • Capacité d’analyse et esprit critique
  • Leadership transversal & communication claire et structurée
  • Maîtrise des normes de qualité et des systèmes de gestion associés (IS0 9001 2015)
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
  • Maitrise du français, l’anglais est un atout
